Robert was born August 26, 1961 to Robert and Dorothy Moore Coleman. He was a 1980 graduate of Oak Ridge High School and a 1982 graduate of Rome State Community College with an Associate Degree. Survivors include sons Matthew D. Parkman and James N. Parkman, III, grandchildren and long time companion, Patricia Lanfear of Tallahassee, Florida. He was a member of Blue Mountain Lodge No 38 and was Past Master in 1990. Fannie was born January 15, 1929, in Jefferson, Georgia to the late James Burton Sanders and Alma (Smith) Sanders.
